Abstract
This article examines issues related to the role of psychological and pedagogical training in the formation of the readiness of future officers to perform service and combat missions of the troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation. Based on the analysis of literature and research, it was concluded that psychological and pedagogical training plays an important role in shaping the readiness of future officers for service and combat tasks. The components of readiness are professional competence, personal maturity and motivation. Psychological and pedagogical training is aimed at developing qualities such as stress resistance, determination, leadership, communication skills, self-confidence and others that are necessary for the successful performance of military duties.
