Abstract
Os pseudotumores fibrosos sao lesoes incomuns que ocorrem geralmente em resposta a cirurgia, trauma, infeccao ou inflamacao. Relatamos um caso de paciente com 25 anos de idade que apresentou massa escrotal indolor. Realizou-se orquiectomia radical. O diagnostico anatomopatologico foi de pseudotumor fibroso do cordao espermatico.
