Abstract
As uveal malignant melanoma is sensitive to radiation, radiotherapies other than plaque brachytherapy are applicable with successful outcomes. Therefore, in this review, we evaluated the alternatives to plaque brachytherapy, such as proton teletherapy and Cyberknife robotic-controlled stereotactic radiotherapy in the light of previously published case series and our experience in Cyberknife regarding the outcomes of treatment, clinical follow-up parameters, and prognostic parameters.
