Abstract

Objective To investigate the myocardial protective effect of creatine phosphate on elderly patients with coronary heart disease during endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography+ endoscopic sphincterotomy(ERCP+ EST). Methods Sixty patients with ERCP+ EST combined with coronary heart disease in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from March 2017 to June 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The experimental group was given creatine phosphate sodium 2 g dissolved with sodium chloride physiological solution 100 ml by intravenous drip 30 minutes before operation, and the control group was given the same amount of sodium chloride physiological solution. The MAP, HR and HRV were recored at the time before anesthesia (T0), after induction (T1), after intubation (T2), at the beginning of operation (T3), after extubation(T4). The LDH, CK-MB and cTnI were recorded at the time before anesthesia, after operation and 24 h after operation. Results The HR level of experimental group was lower than that of control group at T3, T4, and the blood pressure was higher than that of control group at T1(P 0.05). The LDH, CK-MB and cTnI levels of experimental group were lower than those of control group at the end of operation and 24 h after operation(P<0.05). Conclusions Sodium creatine phosphate can alleviate the myocardial injury, stabilize the hemodynamics and improve the HRV in elderly patients with coronary heart disease during ERCP+ EST operation.
