Abstract
The article describes the ways to protect the rights of construction contractors when concluding a state (municipal) contract within the framework of Federal Law No. 44-FZ of April 5, 2013 “On the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs”. The author substantiates the need to reform the current legislation in the field of procurement in terms of protecting the rights of contractors, offers recommendations on changing the current legal norms in this area.
