Abstract

An expert poll has helped identify prospects for the development of interactions between universities and enterprises. By comparing opinions of university and industry experts, the most effective forms of interaction have been identified in various areas, such as staff training, graduate employment, scientific and innovative cooperation, and establishment of joint infrastructures. Satisfaction with the development of different types of cooperation and intent to extend cooperation has been assessed for both universities and enterprises. The research has revealed key barriers to setting up university and business cooperation.
