Abstract

The forms of management of the linen subcomplex in the Soviet and postSoviet times are analyzed. The problems and prospects for the development of the linen industry as a result of the creation of a linen regional cluster are considered. The advantages of clustering and the main directions of integration of enterprises for the cultivation and processing of flax and the production of competitive high-tech products are shown. The created clusters in the economy of Russia and other countries of the world, the existing and proposed measures of their state support are characterized.
