Abstract
Background: Colorectal cancer liver metastasis (CCLM) develops in 50% of cases and drives patient outcomes. Liquid biopsy by circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) is becoming an important diagnostic tool for patients with colorectal cancer. Our study aimed to investigate the feasibility of obtaining ctDNA screening in CCLM patients, its’ potential for evaluating tumor mutational status in these patients and the initial predictive value of this testing.
