Abstract

In order to promote the development of electric vehicles, a comprehensive energy supply scheme based on substation-to-charging station is designed. Using the idle land resources of the substation to build a new integrated substation can effectively solve the problem of charging the residents' electric vehicles. The new comprehensive station not only has the functions of a substation, but also integrates charging areas, power exchange areas, renewable energy generation areas and energy storage areas. The integrated station provides electric vehicle users with diversified power services such as charging, batteries exchanging, and selling electricity to the grid. On this basis, the introduction of energy storage equipment and power exchange measures can not only improve the charging efficiency, but also help to cut the peak and fill the valley, and stabilize the load fluctuation of the grid. Appropriate construction of renewable energy is considered to promote its local consumption. When a new charging and power exchange station is built, it is necessary to arrange coordination and dispatching strategy which can manage the new integrated stations in a unified way and cooperate with battery and energy storage equipment manufacturers. While dealing with electric vehicle users, the energy blockchain and edge computing technology can be used to obtain the personalized differential price of users in real time and promote the orderly charging of electric vehicles. A typical transaction process between electric users and new integrated station is illustrated. The new integrated station can realize the win-win situation between users and grid.
