Abstract
To address the challenges posed by the digital age and worldwide competitiveness, learning transformation that focuses on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has been identified as a key solution for forming competitive human resources in the 21st century. This research employed literature analysis methods by referring to relevant recent research taken from various well-known scientific journal databases. Data analysis aimed to reveal trends and best practices in implementing innovative 21st-century learning models, utilizing ICT-based learning media, and preparing human resources to maximize the potential of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs). This study produces strategic recommendations and guidelines for educational institutions to implement innovative 21st-century learning models, utilize ICT-based learning technology, and prepare human resources to implement MOOCs optimally. This endeavor aims to equip graduates with globally relevant skills. The transformation of ICT-based learning and the use of MOOCs is recognized as an essential step to develop human resources capable of global competition in the job markets. This research indicates positive impacts to respond current global challenges and nurturing the required competencies leading to a better employability for graduates students working in the digital era with global industries.
