Abstract

With regard to the important role of wind powerhouse in today’s electricity industry, in this article the issue of optimal exploitation of wind powerhouse in electricity market is modeled by applying the storage pump powerhouse in generation sector and the load response resources (Demand Response (DR)) in consumption sector. In other words, with the assumption of electricity network smartness, a method is proposed for optimal exploitation of wind powerhouse with considering the storage infrastructures in generation and consumption sectors in which the intended issue is modeled in the form of linear random planning and it is implemented on real power storage. Goals/Records: In recent years, the trend to use of wind energy as a cheap renewable energy resource in large scale is deploying quickly. The cost of exploitation and environmental effects of these powerhouses are so little. Now, the issue of participating the wind powerhouse in electricity market with regard to uncertainty in producing them is important in today’s electricity industry. Conclusion: In this article, a method to apply the storage potentials of generation and consumption sectors is proposed for participating the wind powerhouse in electricity market with regard to uncertainty in generation. The optimal exploitation of wind powerhouse in electricity market is modeled by applying the storage pump powerhouse in generation sector and using of the load response resources (DR) in consumption sector. The proposed strategy of intended resources including wind powerhouse, storage pump powerhouse in the market is the duty of market trader.
