Abstract
The next Special Issue of the Journal of Perspectives in Applied Academic Practice (JPAAP) will be published in Autumn 2022. The focus of this issue is ‘Breaking the gender bias in academia and academic practice’ and the issue is being produced to complement this year's theme for International Women's Day 2022 which is #BreakTheBias. The guest editors for this Special Issue are Alexandra Walker and Keith Smyth from the University of the Highlands and Islands.
