Abstract

The dependence of the vortex motion of particles in the deposition process on the crystal structure and properties of the obtained substance is found. The possibility of creating a condensed environment with vortex quantum fl ows of particles moving without scattering of energy along equipotential surfaces of the medium in the form of similar phenomena (super low friction, superconductivity, superfl uidity, crystal growth in a vacuum) is established. A crystal growth model is proposed for the application of coatings.
