Abstract

An improved design of a disk gear hopper feeding device with gripping organs in the form of through sockets for automatic loading of cylindrical parts with a spherical end face into technological assembly machines and lines, including rotor type, is considered. The proposed technical solutions make it possible to ensure high productivity of the hopper feeding device at low circumferential speeds of the disk with gripping organs, which practically eliminates the possibility of damage when loading easily deformable parts or parts with easily damaged coatings.
