Abstract

The Wess-Zumino-Witten (WZW) action derived from the new regularization scheme is the minimal WZW action,i.e. the chiral action. Even though the WZW action is added to the original anomalous theory, the Schwinger terms between Gauss-law constraintsGa(x) andGb(y) cannot be cancelled by the WZW action. The constraintsGa(x) seem to be chiral constraints. If we define modified Gauss-law constraintsGMa (x), the Schwinger terms between the modified Gauss-law constraints GMa(x) and GMb(y) disappear, the constraints GMa(x) become the first-class ones.
