Abstract

Alite pastes having an initial water-solid ratio 0.25 and hydrated from 6 hours to 90 days at temperatures 5, 25 and 50°C were studied. The degree of hydration, porosity, compressive strength and the volume changes of the pastes as well as the lime-silica ration of the hydration products are described.
