Abstract

In this paper, it has been shown that Multi-layer graphene nanoribbons(MLGNR) interconnects have better performance than the Single-layer graphene nanoribbon (SLGNR) interconnects. Propagation delay are found for different interconnect lengths and widths by using equivalent single-conductor(ESC)model for graphene nanoribbons (GNR)interconnects. A CMOS driver and a capacitive load are used to analyze the performance.
