Abstract
Abstract In response to a need of the safeguards community, we have begun an evaluation effort to upgrade the values of the prompt neutron emission multiplicity distribution from fission, Pv, and its average value <v>. The reported Pv for various transplutonium nuclides have been renormalized via an independent evaluation of <v>. Recommended values and uncertainties are given for the newly evaluated <v> and Pv.
