Abstract
9 %Ni/4%MOx-Ce0.5Zr0.5O2 (M = Mg, Co, La) were prepared by a microemulsion method and equal volume impregnation method. Problems of carbon deposition and metal sintering were solved by doping additives. TG showed the carbon deposition of Ni/La2O3-Ce0.5Zr0.5O2 after reforming was negligible. N2 adsorption–desorption experiments showed the doping of assistant La increased specific surface area of the carrier by 27.1 % to 180 m2/g. XRD and HRTEM showed after adding La, the average particle size of the catalyst decreased by 13.4 %, only 8.4 nm. Compared with Ni/Ce0.5Zr0.5O2, n-hexadecane conversion of Ni/La2O3-Ce0.5Zr0.5O2 reached 97.6 % and H2 yield reached 94.0 %, which were increased by 7.8 % and 8.0 % respectively.
