Abstract
People still face many barriers in accessing sexual health care: geographical, financial, linked to the taboo surrounding sexuality, or to experienced or anticipated discriminations. There is a need for innovative solutions to facilitate access to sexual health care. This article describe a recent integrated initiative, the "Antenne santé sexuelle Onex", the result of a collaboration between the Social, Health and Childhood Service of the town of Onex and the Sexual Health and Family Planning Unit of the University Hospitals of Geneva. Through free, confidential interviews and sustained networking, the "Antenne" will help to improve sexual health care locally and develops tools to remove the obstacles to accessing healthcare in an underserved area.
