Abstract

To report a case of a 42-year-old male painter and retired motocross rider with bilateral knee pain and a history of chondromalacia, grade IV chondrosis, meniscal-ligamentous reconstruction, and proximal tibia-fibula fracture with hardware-reconstructive surgery. He was treated with prolotherapy injections and low-level laser therapy (LLLT), with 95% improvement of symptoms.
