Abstract
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a demyelinating disease of central nervous system, which often affects ocular region and causes structural and functional changes of eyes. Therefore, there have been plenty of researches on the alteration of motor and structures of eyes by MS. This paper reviews and summarizes the progress of MS-related changes of ocular motor, cornea, structure and blood flow of retina, and optic nerve, and may provide a new insight for related clinical researches.
