Abstract
Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is a kind of RNA that does not encode proteins and transcription length is more than 200 nucleotides. The expression of lncRNA shows imbalance in various tumors and has certain tissue specificity. It also plays an important role in epigenetics regulation, transcriptional regulation and post-transcriptional regulation. At present, the morbidity and mortality of lung cancer are the highest in our country and around the world. In order to better guide the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis, this paper reviews the progress of lncRNA in non-small cell lung cancer and small cell lung cancer. Key words: Long non-coding RNA; Lung cancer; Gene regulation
