Abstract

The technology of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET) make a great progress in recent years, however, the clinical pregnancy rate in IVF-ET cycles has remained at about 40%.So how to improve the clinical pregnancy rate in IVF-ET cycles becomes a tricky problem.Ovarian reserve, ovarian response, gynecological problems(such as uterine myoma, endometriosis) and the progerterone (P) level on the day of human chorionic gonadotropin(hCG) administration can affect clinical pregnancy rate in IVF-ET cycles.
