Abstract

Cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy is a common and serious complication of diabetes.It is also an important factor causing the increase of mortality in patients with diabetes.There are many diagnostic techniques for diabetic cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy.The diagnostic techniques commonly used are heart rate variability,cardiovascular reflex tests,baroreflex sensitivity,QT interval,radionuclide examination,etc,but still lack of uniform diagnostic criteria.Each diagnostic technology has its own pros and cons,and has different clinical value.Applying the technologies should be based on the certain circumstances as much as possible.
