Abstract

The treatment of early laryngeal cancer includes endoscopic surgery, open surgery, radiation therapy and chemical therapy. The joint comprehensive treatment of endoscopic ablation procedures, such as laser and low-temperature radiofrequency ablation (RFA) have advanced greatly and shown to be safe, and effective for the treatment of early stage laryngeal cancer, with excellent long-term disease control.
