Abstract

After cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the severity of neurological impairment determines whether the patient has a good prognosis. How to assess and predict the prognosis of neurological function accurately and comprehensively is arguable in the field of resuscitation. Prediction strategy mainly includes: clinical evaluation, biomarkers, imaging examination and neural electrophysiological examination. This paper is to review the prediction strategy of nervous function in the post cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) patients, to provide a reasonable strategy for clinicians to predict the prognosis of neurological function and to standardize the procedures.
