Abstract

Lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors with high morbidity and mortality.In addition to surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and molecular targeted therapy, the development of immunotherapy provides a new means for the treatment of lung cancer.Tumor vaccines, immune checkpoint inhibitors and other immunotherapy methods have made some progress in basic researches and clinical trials.This article reviews the advances in immunotherapy of lung cancer from two aspects: classical immunotherapy and targeted immunotherapy.
