Abstract

At present, the main therapy of lung cancer is comprehensive treatment which includes surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and targeted therapy.Although the overall survival is significantly prolonged, it is still the main cause of cancer-related death around the world.Constantly revealing new pathogenesis of lung cancer and exploring new therapeutic strategies are still the worldwide problems which experts in the field face together.Early researches have preliminarily proved the effectiveness of a wide variety of tumor vaccines, immune checkpoint inhibitors and adoptive immune response, and parts of them have entered the phase Ⅲ clinical trials.PD-1, PD-L1 and other immune checkpoint inhibitors have been approved for clinical treatment and achieved satisfactory results.With the development of clinical research, extensive research data suggest that the timely intervention of immunotherapy with individualized and integrative therapeutic strategies will benefit more patients.
