Abstract

Mature B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL) is a common malignant tumor in children. In recent years, with the development of tumor immunology, immunotherapy has become a hot spot, and the changes of humoral immunity levels before and after treatment have attracted more attention. This article reviews the issues of humoral immunity before chemotherapy in children with B-NHL, the effect of chemotherapy on humoral immunity in children, and the latest research progress.
