Abstract

The present investigation entitled: MEC Program to promote body competence in Initial Education students, aims to promote the body competence of 35 students of the I cycle of the Professional School of Initial Education of the National University of Trujillo, through a program based on 15 didactic activities carried out in three stages: dynamic warm-up, the body that creates and sharing the experiences with the students. The methodology that was used is basic with a purposeful descriptive design. The work carried out, as well as the investigation carried out, has given the possibility of verifying and diagnosing the level of bodily competence of the students. On this, the results show that the level of the movement dimension was identified after applying the program, itdetermines that the students achieved 82%, an efficient percentage that allows determining the effectiveness of the program.
