Abstract
The emblem on the program cover and on your identification badge links symbols of American and Canadian entomology, and thus marks our first meeting. The torch and stylized insect is derived from the emblem of the Entomological Society of America. The maple leaf with Grylloblata superimposed is derived from the emblem of the Tenth International Congress of Entomology at which Canadian entomologists were hosts.
