Abstract

Diseases of the nervous system are characterized, the manifestation of which is a violation of movements, balance and body position, which occurs as a result of malformations of the brain or damage to its parts that control muscle tone and motor activity, many also develop accompanying pathological conditions: seizures, hearing problems , vision, pronunciation, mental retardation, etc., which is one of the most frequent causes of disability in childhoodModern literary sources with empirical findings of scientists in the practice of rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy were considered, the main means of treatment with modern approaches in the physical rehabilitation of these pathologies in world practice were determined. The program of physical rehabilitation, which allows the most economical and rational approach to solving the problem of rehabilitation of patients with cerebral palsy, is highlighted. The program has a pronounced positive effect on the clinical course of the disease, its effectiveness depends on the sequence of actions that must be performed to restore motor functions using means and methods and principles of physical therapy. Means of physical therapy improve the appearance and coordination of movements, strengthen the central nervous system, respiratory, cardiovascular function (CSS), increase the strength and endurance of muscles, normalize muscle tone, stimulate muscle functions, reduce trophic disorders, strengthen weakened muscles tongues. Thanks to the means of physical therapy, the general motor activity of the child has expanded, speed-strength qualities, flexibility, and anthropometric data have developed, which is the most important component in the correction of cerebral palsy.
