In their study, the authors reported that computed tomography (CT)-based SYNTAX score has prognostic value for predicting major adverse cardiac events (MACEs) in patients who underwent both coronary CT angiography and invasive coronary angiography for suspected coronary artery disease (CAD), and CT-based SYNTAX score showed no significant difference in predictive accuracy compared with invasive coronary angiography-based SYNTAX score.
