Abstract

Coagulation and fibrinolysis disorders are very common in cancer patients, especially in lung cancer patients. These disorders not only cause thrombosis and diffuse intravascular coagulation, but also play a critical role in cancer growth, invasion and metastasis. Coagulation and fibrindysis system factors, such as platelet, procoagulant, D-dimer, uPA factors, AT Ⅲ and TAT, have obvious prognostic significance in lung cancer.
