Abstract

The article describes the content component of future masters of pre-school education training for innovative activity in pre-school educational institutions. Innovative activity of a kindergartener is a demand of modern education, which involves a complex of individual changes of the pedagogical process components: content, forms, methods, technologies, teaching means, management systems; it is a higher level of pedagogical creativity, pedagogical ingenuity, and the introduction of something new in pedagogical practice. The authors have offered the introduction of a subject “Innovative technologies in pre-school education” for applicants of the second (master’s) level of higher education of specialty 012 Pre-school education. This subject has the aim of forming the readiness of future masters to innovate activity in pre-school educational institutions. Its purposes are to master the knowledge of popular innovations in pre-school education and the current state of their use in native pre-school education at the regional and national levels; to develop their skills to introduce new ideas into the educational process of pre-school educational institutions methodically, competently, and creatively; to form comprehensive professional interests, cultural and aesthetic level of an educator’s education in understanding and perceptions of various ideas, thoughts, directions, currents, etc. The information volume of the subject “Innovative technologies in pre-school education” is outlined. The content of module 1 “Essence of educational innovations in pre-school education” consists of “Theoretical principles of implementation of innovative processes in educational institutions” and “Educational innovative content in pre-school education”. The content of module 2 “Innovative technologies in pre-school pedagogy (upbringing) and psychology of development of a child of pre-school age» consists of “General pedagogical and management technologies used in pre-school educational institutions” and “Innovative technologies of upbringing pre-schooler personality”. The content of module 3 “Innovative technologies of pre-school education methods” consists of “Technologies of cognitive development of children of pre-school age” and “Technologies of learning and speech activity of pre-school children”. Awareness of innovative technologies will help to form professional competence of future masters of pre-school education.
