Abstract

According to [1] professional standards should be applied: by the employers in the formation of human resources policy and staff management, in the organization of training and certification of employees, when developing job instructions, works pricing, awarding wage categories for employees and for establishment of remuneration systems regarding to peculiarities of production organization, labor and management; by the educational institutions of vocational education in development of vocational training programs; for development according the established procedure of the federal state educational standards of vocational education.
