“PROFESSIONAL PERSON” OF A. MAKARENKO: SEVERAL ASPECTS OF EMPIRICAL ANALYSIS

Abstract

The article represents the analysis of the main aspects of “professional person” of well-known all over the world Ukrainian teacher A. Makarenko. The actuality of the study of components of this outstanding professionalism of “teaching personality” due to the prospects of solving urgent problems of teacher training. The presented materials made it possible to come to conclusion that the baselines professionalism of A. Makarenko are: extraordinary depth and versatile nature of professional knowledge, “inductance” of professional and pragmatic thinking, exceptionally high levels of educational technology. The range of activity of the teacher covered almost all areas of life, professional activities, public relations, creativity etc. Communicative competence of A. Makarenko revealed in fluent spoken word, consistency and validity of disclosure of ideas, flexibility and harmony of phrases richness, accuracy and expressiveness of speech, the ability to control the audience’s attention, social-perceptual qualities, ability to contact interaction and so on. The most substantial, permanent was considered to be self-educational activity of the teacher-writer.
