Production System Management Based on a Balanced Development Model

Abstract

The article shows that when developing a realistic vision of the industrial system, it is important to take into account those cardinal changes in the cognitive situation that have occurred in the economic science over the past three decades as a result of the economic community’s recognition of the insolvency of the Washington consensus doctrine. Based on this, the conceptual aspects of industrial policy and industrial production development are analyzed in the context of the Post-Washington Consensus. A conceptual model of balanced development of the industrial system is developed and justified on the example of a vertically integrated oil company.The proposed model can be used in the formation of strategic plans for the industrial companies’ development.
