Abstract

Emission characteristics of clusters and heavy clusters are investigated by analysing the data on carbon- and silicon-nucleus interactions at 4.5 GeV per nucleon incident energy. The cluster size is found to be essentially insensitive to the nature of the projectile and target mass. There is a weak indication about the production of heavy clusters.
