Abstract
There are a number of factors which affects the production efficiency of multi-product and small-batch machinery manufacturing enterprises; they should enhance their efficiency not only from aspect of production and material supply. This article described business processes of multi-product and small-batch machinery manufacturing enterprises and studied all kinds of factors, which impact the production efficiency of multi-product and small-batch machinery manufacturing enterprises by systematic method and constructed productivity promotion model from aspects of customer development, product design, production, processing and material supply to systematically increase production efficiency.
