Abstract

The processes of polarization and repolarization of two relaxors, (Sr0.75Ba0.25Nb2O6 and Sr0.61Ba0.19Nb2O6), were investigated at low and infralow frequencies, in a wide temperature interval (from -180°C to 400 °C), under influence of strong and weak measuring fields. Data on temperature and field evolution of dielectric hysteresis loops are obtained. An effective dielectric permeability (ε eff), residual polarization (Pr), maximum polarization (Pmax), tangent of dielectric losses (tgγ), half-width of polarization loops are calculated.
