Abstract

Abstract: Currently, the result of the activity of any retail pharmaceutical organization is very consumer-oriented and aimed at the quality of the provision of pharmaceutical services, which subsequently has a positive effect on the level of provision of pharmaceutical care. Therefore, improving the quality of pharmaceutical services is relevant and significant in the implementation of pharmaceutical activities. The implementation of this approach is possible only with a systemic impact on the entire activities of the organization from strategic planning to the sale of high-quality finished products to the consumer. This circumstance necessitates the standardization of all production activities of a retail pharmaceutical organization from the standpoint of quality management systems. Aim. Substantiation and development of methodological recommendations on the use of a process-oriented approach to improve the quality of pharmaceutical services provided to the population. Matherials and methods. The authors used data from the content analysis of scientific literature and current regulatory documents regulating aspects of the functioning of the quality management system in a retail pharmaceutical organization Results. This study is devoted to the rationale for the application of a process-oriented management structure in the activities of retail pharmaceutical organizations. The article presents a model of the functioning of a system of production processes in a pharmacy, as well as a scheme for the transformation of a pharmaceutical product and the production of pharmaceutical services in the course of such activities. Conclusion. The methodological recommendations developed by the authors on the unification of the technology of performing basic production processes and synchronization of management, in the format of the successful functioning of the quality management system of a retail pharmaceutical organization, will contribute not only to improving the level of services provided, but also improve the quality of pharmaceutical care to the population.
