Abstract
In the scientific training of technical specialists, the university provides for the process of teaching and preparing students for work in areas related to science and technology. In the process of teaching, the university ensures the development of fundamental scientific knowledge, practical skills, research work and the application of new technologies. This process is carried out through key components such as theoretical and experimental research, interdisciplinary research, analyzing data and research results, creating mathematical, statistical or computer models, conducting evaluations and experiments to solve interdisciplinary problems and practical tasks. In this work, the authors consider the problem of scientific training of technical specialists in the formation of scientific competence. The article shows the connection between scientific activities of technical students and the educational process, study was conducted and the results of the analysis of current regulatory and educational documents were shown, in which the relevant points and requirements for strengthening the scientific training of modern students are clearly stated. In the practical part of the article, the results of a survey of technical students of Abylkas Saginov Karganada Technical University were analyzed and demonstrated.
