Abstract
It gives us great pleasure to welcome you to the 6th India Software Engineering Conference (ISEC 2013) at New Delhi. This annual conference series was started by the Special Interest Group on Software Engineering (SIGSE) of the Computer Society of India (CSI), and is the flagship conference in Software Engineering out of India. ISEC 2013 is now the annual event of the India Software Engineering community (ISOFT), Indian chapter of ACM SIGSOFT, and is co-sponsored by the SIGSE of CSI. The earlier editions of ISEC were held in Hyderabad (2008), Pune (2009), Mysore (2010), Thiruvananthapuram (2011) and Kanpur (2012).
