Abstract
Most purchases in pandemic conditions are made remotely using the Internet. Vehicles are very successfully sold at auctions and similar trading platforms. The main differences of online auctions and platforms that allow to sell vehicles are analyzed, their distinctive features in relation to traditional auctions and platforms are determined, the main requirements for building an online application for selling vehicles from the standpoint of buyers and sellers are considered. A conceptual model of a car sales information system is proposed, which saves time for the buyer due to the ability to place an order anytime and anywhere. A goal tree has been developed and analyzed. The software implementation of the specified information system, developed with the help of selected technologies, such as backend - Java and Spring Framework design language, frontend - JavaScript and Vue.js software design language, is analyzed. The technologies of data processing in the information system and precedents to make the necessary query to the database are demonstrated, which is aimed at choosing the right query depending on the selected operation.
