Abstract
A significant problem for IT- companies that arises in the process of implementing innovative tasks is the problem of distributing work between executives at different stages of project implementation. The article analyzes the causes of the problem and factors that determine the choice of a solution. We considered the current methods and algorithms for solving the task of distributing tasks for different spheres of activity, which determine the workload of labor resources. The article assessed the possibility of their application for IT project management. We put forward methods of distribution of work between executives, taking into account the ability and motivation of employees to perform functions.
