Abstract

The article deals with today's management challenges in the social sphere at the regional level. The author emphasizes the need for a feedback between the authorities and the population of the region. The focus is on social sectors such as education and health care, where the decision to get the services is made up directly by the people and the role of feedback is the highest. Modern opportunities of information technology usage in order to improve the management of social issues in the region are considered.
