In such conditions, there is an objective need to implement special software packages that can provide the maximum level of automation of the collection and processing of accounting information to solve problems at various levels, including monitoring the company’s cash flows, assessing and analyzing its financial condition and financial stability, determining opportunities for optimizing the capital structure, etc. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of implementing automated tools for information and analytical support for business management to ensure the effectiveness of monitoring the movement of commodity and cash flows and making sound management decisions to ensure the competitive position of the organization in the market.
