Abstract

The article deals with problems of financing the higher education. It is well-known that the government plays a vital role in providing the financial aid for students, but study indicates that efficiency of the supporting programs is in question. This study has shown that nowadays money is wasted in vain. Research includes student’s knowledge level and employment prospects – mostly the main reasons why people use to get education in universities. Therefore current financing system of the higher education needs to be changed. The main purpose of the article is to reveal the weaknesses in funding the higher education within the program budget and to find out the right directions for solving the highlighted problems. In this paper, we offer advices and recommendations which may increase efficiency of funding Higher Education and might be a silver lining for other developing countries too.
